Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specialise in mid & executive level roles within ‘Customer Management’. This includes all management or analytical roles surrounding Contact Centres, Customer Experience & A.I.
Our client based in Manchester are currently recruiting for a Reservations Consultant on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for taking in-bound sales calls and existing book enquiries from travel agents and direct customers. Calls will be in relation to various travel products including river cruisers and worldwide tours.
Key Accountabilities;
·Taking in-bound sales calls and existing booking enquiries from travel agents and customers. Calls will be in relation to various travel products including river cruises and worldwide tours
·Achieving set objectives and sales targets
·Monitoring email inboxes, liaising with guests and service partners where relevant, and with other departments within the organisation
·Attending regular in-house and external product training events to ensure excellent product knowledge
·Flexibility to assist other teams during busy periods as per business requirements
Experience Required;
·Previous experience or relationship-based sales
·Proven problem-solving capabilities
·Ability to develop & maintain key internal and external relationships
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Strong guest/customer understanding and focus
·Strong organisational and time-management skills
·Pro-active & flexible approach to work
·High attention to detail
·Experience working in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to use Microsoft applications
·Ability to prioritise workload
·Ability to work as part of a team and alone
·Positive and organised approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
