Work within the targets given and maximize on all sale opportunities for you and your team
Identify new business leads and develop them into sales for you and your team

Ensure you and your team deliver excellent customer service at all times and build on repeat client base
Ensure you and your team operate a high standard of communication internally and externally to ensure that all sales targets/campaigns/staff development/promotional campaigns/sales messages/product developments are maximized and that staff are receiving strong support on their development.
Ensure reporting, feed back and administration is up to date and is correctly presented and accurate
Ensure you and your team comply with the company handbook, admin process, PTR and GDPR
Ensure all reports, file checks and relevant paperwork is completed and files are accurate and up to date
Report to Director on a regular basis updating on the branch activity and update on sales, marketing measurements and overview of the business and your teams development
Utilize MIS to measure, drive and communicate performance of branch and staff performance
Deal with client complaints and supplier issues to resolve them and get the best possible outcome for the business and client
Prepare and Support regular staff training to help develop staff performance and the performance of the branch
Attend Training, Educational or meetings that are designed to develop the business performance.
Ensure company resources are well maintained and properly used
Work with a P&L and keep costs low for the branch to maximize profit
Be responsible for all Cash and payment transactions and run banking on a daily basis
Responsible for all key holders and the property of Holiday With Us
