Overview
Ocean World Travel, an independent cruise specialist/travel agent based in Chandlers Ford, is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to run the day to day accounts function to trial balance.
Duties included but not limited to:
– Daily banking and associated reconciliations
– Produce monthly marketing sales invoices
– Process monthly purchase invoices
– Weekly supplier and operator payments
– Credit control
– Preparation of Monthly payroll summary
– Credit card & merchant card postings and reconciliations
