Overview

We are currently looking for a reservations executive to join the team here in London.

The Role:

Convert enquiries into sales, giving a high level of service, matching products and service to the customer needs.
To follow up enquiries with customers and agents in order to turn them into bookings.
Respond to holiday booking enquiries via email and social media received from direct customers and travel agents.
Provide excellent levels of service and resolve all enquiries at the first point of contact.

You Will:

Execute booking & amendments with accuracy, ensuring the customer is made aware of any relevant information that may impact their holiday experience.
Develop and increase knowledge of products through training, self-development and attending educational as required.
Maintain a high awareness of current product offering and monitor changes constantly
Take ownership and accountability of own quality of work to minimise the risk of errors.
Ensure full compliance with all legislative and internal business procedures.
Undertake any other responsibilities that may be reasonably requested.

Reports directly to the Reservations Supervisor and indirectly to the Call Centre Manager.
