Overview
We are looking to recruit a full-time administrator based at our hazardous landfill site at Kings Cliffe, near Peterborough.
Job Summary
To provide a high level of administration for the senior managers at Kings Cliffe and data entry support to maintain training course records by entering new and updated employee information.
To efficiently assist the Construction Field Sales Team to meet targets and to achieve corporate objectives.
To provide good customer services to customers as well as other members of the Group and to make a contribution to the smooth running, professional image and future success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry of training records
o Download certificates from online courses.
o Input training course data into the Company’s HR electronic system.
o Maintain data entry requirements by following program and procedures.
o Verify data and obtain further information for incomplete records.
o Store completed documents in designated locations.
o Assist HR with other data input requirements into the electronic system.
Support the General Manager and Deputy Site Manager at ENRMF by:
o Providing general administrative and clerical support.
o Collating and maintaining records for the Operational team.
o Producing weekly reports for the Operational Team.
o To provide telephonist support to ENRMF ensuring incoming calls are answered promptly and messages are relayed as quickly as possible.
o To assist with the administration duties for the Soil Treatment Pad.
o To ensure outgoing waste movements are recorded accurately.
Support the Construction Field Sales Team by:
o Collating and distributing daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Field Sales Team.
o Producing regular tonnage reports for clients.
o Liaising with suppliers and customers.
o To assist the Construction Field Sales Team with customer enquiries as requested.
o General administration support for the Construction Field Sales Team.
· “Sense check” documents before release.
· Maintaining continuous professional development and competence for the role.
· Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
